1. Scope
This policy applies to Oplab software, the website hosted at pbi.nk225op.com, and its support services. Third-party platforms, marketplaces, organizational administrators, browsers, and service providers may have their own privacy terms and policies.
2. Data processed by Oplab software
Oplab software processes the data, user input, and configuration required for its function within the applicable application or platform session.
Oplab does not collect or receive that data through developer-controlled servers, databases, files, cookies, analytics platforms, or telemetry endpoints unless a service explicitly states otherwise.
3. Software storage and persistence
Oplab does not store customer data on developer-controlled infrastructure unless a service explicitly states otherwise. Configuration or user-specific state may be stored using the persistence or storage mechanisms provided by the applicable platform, browser, or environment. Those mechanisms are controlled by the relevant provider and the user's environment.
4. Data transmission and external services
Oplab software does not transmit customer data, user input, or configuration to developer-controlled external services unless a service explicitly states otherwise. Software may use platform APIs and third-party services for licensing, delivery, persistence, integration, or other stated functionality. Data handling by those providers and the user's organization is governed by their respective terms, settings, and policies.
5. Support form information
When a user submits the support form, Oplab receives the information entered in the form, such as name, email address, topic, environment, and message. The server also records the submission time and IP address for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and request handling.
Support information is used to respond to requests, diagnose problems, manage licensing or privacy enquiries, improve services, maintain support history, and protect the service. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain service history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
6. Security verification and notifications
The support form can use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. When enabled, Cloudflare receives information needed to provide that security service under Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy.
Support submissions may generate an operator notification through the notification service configured by Oplab. The notification contains the support details submitted by the user so the request can be reviewed and answered.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not include developer-controlled advertising or behavioral analytics in the supplied implementation. A session cookie is used for CSRF protection and form security. Cloudflare or the hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site.
8. Data sharing
Oplab does not sell personal information. Support information may be processed by hosting, security, or notification providers only as needed to operate and protect the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, users, or the service.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect support information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should not submit confidential data, credentials, secrets, or personal information that is not necessary for support.
10. Requests and contact
For privacy questions or requests concerning support information, use the support and contact page.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated when software, hosting, support processes, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when material changes are published.
